You don't have to be an expert to start a program. All you need is the desire to do something for your own child or community.

There is no need to base an indoor hockey program under the auspices of a school, youth, or church group. Soccer, ice hockey, and lacrosse have been growing nicely outside the confines of educational structures. They have enjoyed amazing growth across the land.

You don't need a wood floor gym to have an indoor hockey game. The floor may be almost any smooth surface. The smoother, the faster the ball rolls. The surface can be outside, too. Yes, indoor hockey can be taught and played outside.

The door is open for innovation.
